Alicia is a native Oregonian, she's managed company
operations from large corporate companies to local family
businesses. Alicia expanded all her knowledge and skills
into real estate by joining Matin Real Estate in early 2014.
Alicia started as the Transaction Coordinator and quickly
moved into the Sales Manager where she managed the
daily operations of the business by implementing new and
innovative systems and tools for our brokers and clients.

Alicia found her true passion in real estate as the business
began to grow by coaching and training experienced and
new brokers with sales skills, scripts and dialogues, systems,
leverage and processes.

Alicia obtained her Oregon Principal Broker License
and Washington Managing Broker Licenses and is the
designated broker for the brokerage.
